advanced leds began in 2001 to incorporate the new generation of high flux LEDs into a range of exterior luminaires. Being one of the first companies in the UK to do this we have the experience and expertise to design and drive these revolutionary light sources to the maximum advantage for the lighting designer and client.
Huge claims have been made by LED manufacturers about the long life expectancy and the industry was quick to latch on to this, with clients looking for a real "fit and forget" fitting.
advanced leds have concentrated on building fittings that enable the LED to operate to as near laboratory conditions as possible, which was the basis on which the manufacturers life time claims were made. This attention to detail, along with exceptional thermal management has led to us being selected for many prestigious schemes and to be able to stand by the amazing long life claims.
Philosophy
We are committed to provide sustainable and solar LED lighting solutions for lighting applications; to use the most efficient LED packages available in our luminaires; to design these in such a way as to gain the maximum benefits for both efficiency and life expectancy for the LEDs. The key to this is a flexible design and the use of renewable materials that can easily be recycled along with novel innovative designs to achieve effects and levels not previously possible.
